The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun.
The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access.
One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other is another king bed.
Each guest bedroom includes its own ensuite with walkin shower.
Home Away from Home
The main living room features a large wraparound couch as well as a huge flat-screen TV.
A second family room includes an additional TV, along with plenty of seating and space to spread out and enjoy family time.

Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda.
Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
