The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful private, unfenced land of around 1 hectare - A south-facing terrace of around 15 m², partially shaded - A south-facing terrace of approximately 17 m², furnished and partially shaded, perfect for enjoying sunny days The house is ideally located in Puylaurens, in a very pleasant setting.
All essential shops are nearby.
Activities: - Stroll through the village of Puylaurens - Château Cap de Castel (panoramic view) - Pastel Museum in Lavaur - Lake Saint-Ferréol (~9.3 miles) - Castres and its Goya museum (~12.4 miles) - Nature activities in the Montagne Noire (hiking, canyoning, lakes) - Fishing in Saissac (~16 miles) - Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (~31 miles) - Mazamet's footbridge (~40 miles) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (up to 2 vehicles).
