The Beacon is a first-floor, room with a double bed and sitting area with TV and kettle, serviced by a bathroom. You'll find a shop, pub, and lake in 0.4 miles, river in 0.5 miles, and beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a communal garden with lawn, decked area, and furniture and and a Offroad parking for one car only, with unrestricted parking in the roads surrounding the centre. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Your journey to West Sussex is guaranteed to be one to remember with a stay at The Beacon. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of 100 GBP. Note: It is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the building must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working. Note: Children should be accompanied at all times. Note: No alcohol to be consumed in public areas. Note: Cycling not permitted on-site. Note: Cashless site. Note: The décor may differ slightly to the one photographed, however all advertised facilities will be provided. Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times; facilities currently operate by a booking system, and bookings can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply). Note: The gym is available to guests aged 18 and over. A minimum of two people is required—solo use is not permitted. Note: No facilities to charge electric cars on site. Note: Use of plug sockets and extension leads is not allowed.

Hervorragender Service, die Damen am Empfang waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Man konnte mit jeder Frage zu ihnen kommen. Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen :)
Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
