Hus Bubbarsbo – Family-Friendly Lakefront Holiday Home in Kolsva
Welcome to Hus Bubbarsbo, a spacious family-friendly lakefront holiday home in Kolsva.
With plenty of space inside and outside, numerous play opportunities for children and direct access to the water, the house offers excellent conditions for a shared holiday in Sweden with family or friends. Hus Bubbarsbo offers approximately 105 m² of living space and accommodates up to 11 guests.
The main house has 3 separate bedrooms.
During the summer months, an additional separate summer stuga can also be used.
It has another bedroom and its own bathroom, providing a pleasant additional retreat for older children or further guests. The cosy living area is a lovely place to relax after a day by the lake or an excursion in the surrounding area.
Two fireplaces create a warm atmosphere and authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling, especially on cooler evenings.
Firewood is available for an additional fee. Fast fibre internet and 2 televisions with German channels are available for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher.
Here you can cook together and then enjoy meals in a relaxed setting. The spacious bathroom offers additional comfort thanks to underfloor heating.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, making the house practical for longer stays and larger families. A particular highlight of Hus Bubbarsbo is its direct location by the lake.
Only a few steps separate you from the water, allowing you to spend your holiday practically right on the lakeshore.
Swimming, paddling, fishing or simply relaxing by the water – the lake naturally becomes part of your stay here. A canoe is available free of charge and is ideal for small trips across the lake.
In addition, you can use a SUP board and 2 bicycles free of charge. If you would like to explore more of the lake, an optional motorboat can be booked for €300 per week.
This allows you to set off on longer excursions or spend a relaxing fishing day on the water. There is also plenty to discover around the house.
The spacious property has been designed with families in mind.
Children can enjoy a trampoline, swing, slide, playhouse and various toys. Several seating areas in the garden as well as a terrace overlooking the lake also provide adults with lovely places to relax.
Barbecue facilities and a fire pit invite you to spend long summer evenings outdoors by the water. The area around Kolsva also offers numerous opportunities for day trips.
Strömsholm Palace, one of the well-known historic castles in the region, is well worth a visit. The small towns of Köping and Arboga offer cafés, restaurants, shopping opportunities and pleasant options for a relaxed stroll through town. Nature lovers will find large forest areas, lakes and hiking trails around Skinnskatteberg and Ramnäs. The region is also well suited to paddling, fishing and, with a little luck, observing moose and other wildlife. Hus Bubbarsbo is a non-smoking holiday home.
Up to 3 dogs are welcome free of charge. Electricity consumption is already included.
Bed linen and towels can be booked as an optional extra.
