Ivan qui était responsable des clefs et de répondre à mes questions était très disponible !
Negative:
Une première matinée sans eau chaude, mais l'appartement n'avait pas été utilisé depuis quelque temps et je ne pouvais juste pas trouver le ballon d'eau chaude! Le problème a rapidement été fixé.
