Cocoonr agency offers for rent, at the foot of Porte de la Craffe in Nancy, this duplex apartment with wifi (fibre optics), with a surface area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with TV and 1 double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, etc. - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The flat enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the old town, opposite the Porte de la Craffe.
Just a short walk from the Parc de la Pépinière, it is right in the heart of the city.
All the essential shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques are within easy reach.
Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (Cours Léopold car park for a fee).
