Welcome to Cunlhat, a small, unspoiled hamlet in the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, where this large, fully renovated stone house is nestled, perfect for gatherings of up to 15 people with family or friends.
This charming gîte combines the character of the old (exposed stone walls, beams, spacious rooms) with all modern comforts, including wellness facilities designed for your relaxation: spa, sauna, hammam, and inviting common areas… Everything you need to fully enjoy your stay, summer or winter.
You'll also appreciate the large enclosed garden, ideal for children, outdoor games, or relaxing in the shade of a tree.
Here, tranquility reigns, nature is king, and walks start right from the house.
Just a few kilometers away, the village of Cunlhat offers markets, local shops, and summer activities.
A perfect place to recharge, share good times, and experience authentic Auvergne.
The cottage is laid out as follows on the ground floor: - An open-plan kitchen/dining room - A living room (accessible via four steps) - An entrance hall - A separate toilet - A laundry room - A suite with a queen-size bed (160cm), TV, and an en-suite shower room On the first floor: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and TV - A family bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), TV, and two single bunk beds (90cm) (top bunk not suitable for children under 6) - A family bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), TV, and two single bunk beds (90cm) (top bunk not suitable for children under 6) - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - A bathroom - A shower room - A toilet Outside, there is a superb furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a pétanque court.
You will enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.

Séjour très agréable à Cunlhat

Magnifique logement où nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien agencée. La literie est confortable. Le spa a été apprécié ainsi que les sentiers de randonnées et les points de vue aux alentours. Un gîte à recommander les yeux fermés !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte pour un regroupement famille/amis nous avons été surpris par les nombreux équipements mis a disposition,il ne manque rien et par l'espace adapté aux grands groupes .Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés et nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner
