Tucked along a quiet lane in the heart of Elie, The Mini Mansion is a traditional terraced cottage that’s been beautifully updated for modern coastal escapes.
Fresh from a recent remodel (2022/23), the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has been transformed, along with the stylish shower room, new windows and rear door – all while keeping its cosy, characterful feel.
You’re less than a minute’s walk from the High Street with its deli and local shops, and only around 450m from the long sandy beach and the famous Ship Inn, so lazy beach days and relaxed evenings out are wonderfully easy.
Inside, the main living space feels bright and welcoming, with an open fire, comfy sofa and armchair, and a skylight that pours in natural light.
The contemporary kitchen is laid out on an open-plan basis with a Belfast sink, Corian worktops and quality appliances including an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and integrated washer/dryer, making self-catering straightforward.
