Apple Byrd consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, slimline dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, a utility with a washing machine, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, gas fire, books and board games. The bedrooms consist of 2 doubles and a single, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars and a non-enclosed rear garden with a lawn and furniture. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and pub, within 0.1 mile, a lake, and within 0.9 miles, a river, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
