Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train and subway station, Santa Apolónia, is just an 11-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre.

The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a refreshing and worry-free experience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, so you can settle in and feel right at home. Enjoy your stay!

: Excellent location, historic neighbourhood, bright house, close to all amenities, and for us Italians, the bidet is a big plus for this holiday home
I would improve the cleanliness of the house; the fridge is very noisy; and the dining room needs a fresh coat of paint as there are lots of stains

I’d recommend this accommodation. It’s excellent and well-equipped. There are plenty of places to visit, and I really liked the accommodation – it was very comfortable. Thank you to the host for this wonderful place.

The accommodation is located in the historic centre; it was quite easy to find (we made our own way there). Everything was clean.
The street was a bit noisy. Overall, a pleasant stay.
