Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest bus station, Bairro dos Eucaliptos, is just a 1-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Relax in this sunny three-bedroom apartment in S. Domingos de Rana.

The second has another queen bed with a wardrobe, while the third offers a fun bunk bed and a dresser. A shared bathroom is thoughtfully prepared with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment also opens onto a bright sunroom with a desk for those needing to work during their stay.

We will definitely be back! It was spacious (room for 6 ppl), sparkling clean and communication was super easy. You can park on the street and shopping isn’t far. We loved everything about it and were sad to leave. Just note: the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

We had a great experience! Comfortable beds, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was very useable. They had a rack for drying clothes inside and a dehumidifier, very useful since it rained much of the week we were there - many thoughtful touches. We had one minor maintenance issue and they came immediately to fix it. Overall highly recommend!!

Everything was fine, clean and very nice, just like the photos. Personally, I found it too far from the centre; I thought it would be closer. Also, there were five of us and it had double glazing, so in order for all five of us to shower with hot water, we had to wait for it to heat up again, which took a long time and delayed us. Apart from those two things, everything was perfect!
