Welcome to rent this bright and spacious villa in scenic Älta! The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area with proximity to both lakes, nature reserves and good communications into Stockholm.
The villa has four bedrooms, two fresh bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a fully equipped kitchen that invites you to long dinners.
The generous living areas continue onto the large terrace where you can enjoy the peace, barbecue or just relax in the sun - surrounded by a private and green garden.
In the living room there is a fireplace to enjoy in front of after a day full of activities.
The location is hard to beat.
With Ältasjön, Flaten and Nackareservatet around the corner, you have direct access to hiking, swimming, canoeing, cycling and winter activities.
In just a few minutes you can reach Hellasgården with a sauna, running track and outdoor pulse.
At the same time, Sickla, Hammarby Sjöstad and Södermalm are close for shopping, restaurants and culture.
Just a few minutes' walk away is Älta centrum with grocery stores, cafes, bakery, gym and everyday services.
