A place to dream – your perfect holiday home Nestled in the Tuscan countryside in Torre near Fucecchio, this charming holiday home awaits you with a private dream swimming pool (17m x 9m), large garden (completely fenced to a height of 1.70m with wire mesh fencing) and space for up to 8 people.
Ideal for families with four-legged friends or couples who are friends.
This house is more than just accommodation – it is a place to arrive, take a deep breath and be together.
Whether you want to go on excursions in the surrounding area (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc.), have barbecues or simply laze by the pool – this is where you can The house is located hillside and therefore has two entrances – one at ground level through the entrance gate and the second via 14 steps.
Main entrance on the ground floor: 1 guest WC with toilet, washbasin and bidet.
Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table, fridge-freezer, hob (5 burners), oven, coffee machine (capsules), filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, access to the terrace equipped with sun-umbrella, table and chairs, a sun-drenched living-dining room with 1 double sofa bed, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, large dining table, access to a very large covered veranda with dining table and comfortable lounge furniture.
The outdoor area is a real highlight: the beautiful pool (17 m x 9 m, depth 1.50 m-2.20 m) with plenty of sun loungers, sun-umbrella, outdoor shower, and the covered dining area with barbecue invite you to enjoy long summer evenings – the children can romp around in the garden while the adults enjoy a glass of Chianti.
The well-tended garden with Mediterranean plants promises pure relaxation.
Stairs to the first floor leading to the sleeping area: entrance hall (with wardrobe) to the bedrooms; 1 twin bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, 1 double room with air conditioning and 1 en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet, hallway with wardrobe, 1 double room with air conditioning, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
All windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets.

Sehr schönes Haus und Pool, vor allem sehr sauber.
Ideale Lage, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana bequem zu erreichen und gleichzeitig inmitten einer eindrucksvollen und entspannenden Natur zu wohnen.
Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert.

A wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We chose this holiday home for the enchanting Tuscan landscape, the light, the tranquillity and the privacy.

The house is very comfortable, cosy, quiet and surrounded by nature; the beautiful swimming pool and porch overlooking the Fucecchio marshes offer moments of true relaxation.
The location is ideal for visiting the art cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, but there are also interesting attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Leonardo Museum in Vinci.
Highly recommended.
