Welcome to Villa Sant Climent, a spacious countryside retreat set in the heart of Empordà, Catalonia.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, this expansive 500 m² farmhouse is thoughtfully designed for large families or groups of friends looking for privacy, comfort, and room to spread out.
Set across multiple levels, the villa features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as two fully equipped kitchens, various lounge and dining areas, and flexible spaces that make it easy for guests of all ages to relax and unwind.
The lower floor includes a dedicated living and dining zone alongside a children’s bedroom, perfect for keeping younger guests entertained while adults enjoy the quieter zones above.
Outside, the villa sits on more than 2,000 m² of landscaped grounds.
The natural-style pool integrates beautifully with the garden setting, while shaded terraces and chill-out corners offer peaceful spots for reading, dining or soaking up the atmosphere.
