Set over three elegant levels in the heart of Elie, this stunning Victorian home has been sympathetically refurbished to blend original period charm with luxurious modern living.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the long sandy beach and the shops on Bank Street and Elie High Street, it’s perfectly placed for relaxed coastal breaks with family and friends – and with Elie’s golf course close by, it’s a fantastic choice for golfers too.
Two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome (supplement applies), and Wi-Fi is provided.
Behind the traditional main door on Bank Street, a terrazzo-floored hall and timber staircase lead up to the first floor.
Here you’ll find a beautiful front lounge with high ceilings, bay window and southerly views over the rooftops towards the Firth of Forth and Elie Harbour.
Comfortable sofas, armchairs in the bay, and a feature fireplace make it a lovely spot to unwind, with TV, Freeview, Firestick and DVD for quieter evenings.
To the rear, a fully fitted L-shaped kitchen with Welsh dresser flows into the dining room, creating a sociable space for cooking and long shared meals.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with gas hob, electric oven, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, blender and cafetière.
This floor also has a calming king-size bedroom and a contemporary family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Upstairs, four further bedrooms offer flexible sleeping for up to 10 guests.
At the front, two generous bedrooms with bay windows enjoy far-reaching sea views – one with a super-king bed, the other with a king-size.
