Inside, the studio features a plush queen bed, a full bathroom with modern finishes, and a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, and coffee station—perfect for light meals or morning coffee.
A cozy seating area with TV makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.
A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.
Step outside to enjoy Sedona’s natural beauty.
Guests share access to a BBQ patio with outdoor dining and a fire pit lounge, the perfect spot to relax under Sedona’s starry skies.
Covered parking is included for added ease.
Located just minutes from world-famous hiking trails, vortex sites, and Sedona’s downtown dining and shopping, Cimarron Butte Studio offers the ideal balance of comfort, charm, and adventure. • Separate Accommodations for Privacy: The property includes both an Upper Terrace Unit and a Lower Studio, each with its own private entrance and designated parking to ensure a comfortable and private stay. • Shared Amenities: Guests enjoy access to a BBQ patio and fire pit lounge.
These common areas are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be enjoyed alongside other guests. • Sedona Dark Sky Ordinance: To help preserve Sedona’s world-renowned night skies, we ask that all outdoor recessed lighting be turned off after dark.
Low-level pathway lighting is provided for safe movement in the evenings. • Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
