Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station is in front of the house - bus 113. Madeira Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home!This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

The living space features a sitting area (with a sofa bed) where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together.
It includes essential cookware, a microwave, an oven and a cooking plate.
There is also a washing machine available. The bedroom includes a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can also enjoy the lovely terrace, which provides fresh air and sunlight. The apartment is vintage itself and the pictures match the reality. It was also very clean.
All instructions from the host were very clear and we had no questions at all!
The two things I could note were a musty smell when we first came in but it’s a common problem in Portugal because of humidity and only one socket next to the bed.
Overall I can recommend this place!

Overall a good option for Madeira considered the price, the kitchen is equipped to cook meals there but: 1) the apartment was dirty (lots of cobwebs and the dishes/cutlery/cookware was filthy), 2) there should be more amenities provided (at least salt oil and vinegar and not just 2 disposable units ...
