Terrazza Incanti rises within the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Immersed in nature and surrounded by silence, the villa offers an extraordinary panoramic view of the coastline and the green valleys below.
The residence features four bedrooms and an additional studio, accommodating up to ten guests.
On the ground floor there is a studio with a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom, a comfortable living area with sofas and projector, and a service bathroom.
The kitchenette connects directly to the veranda, where a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining area create the perfect space for convivial moments. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathroom.
The second floor includes additional bathrooms and the possibility of extra beds. Outside, the villa offers a spacious patio with tables and an outdoor kitchen, a lush garden, and a swimming pool overlooking the sea, creating an ideal setting for relaxing days surrounded by nature and light. Terrazza Incanti is a modern retreat designed for families and groups of friends who wish to experience the beauty of the Adriatic coast in a private and peaceful environment. Please note that the city tax is not included in the accommodation price. The city tax is €2.00 per person per night and applies to guests aged 14 and over.
It must be paid separately during the stay. The swimming pool is available from mid May to mid September. Outside of this period, its use is at our discretion and depends on weather conditions and scheduled maintenance. Terrazza Incanti is accessible only by car and is best reached with your own vehicle or a rental car, as public transportation does not serve the park directly.
The property includes a private parking area inside the estate, suitable for several cars. The villa’s location allows guests to easily explore both the coast and the hinterland.
In less than thirty minutes by car, you can reach the seaside towns of Pesaro, Cattolica, Gabicce Mare, Riccione and Rimini, or venture inland to discover the historic charm of Gradara, Santarcangelo di Romagna, San Marino and Urbino.
