The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located to large grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, entertainment, retail, and spas in Orange Beach, AL.
This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located "west" building (right-side tower).
The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool.
Unit 514 is located on the 5th floor of a 10-story building.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf – high enough to get wonderful panoramic views of the skyline sunrises and sunsets.
Once inside, you will find an expansive, open floor plan condo with 1233 square feet of living area.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and seating for 6 at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Updates with custom cabinets, granite counters, tile floors, custom vanities, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will comfortably sleep eight with the sofa sleeper.
The spacious living room features a 55' 4k HD smart TV, ample seating, and balcony access.
Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large balcony which offers spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of America.
The balcony features Pollywood Adirondack table and chairs, creating a comfortable and tranquil lounging space.

If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office which is about two miles from the complex for $50 per stay.

There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
