The tennis villas are on the right once you past the guard gate.
While you do have indirect beach views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony, and it is on the beach side (no crossing road to get to the beach), this condo is NOT directly on the beach.
To access the beach, you simply walk across the parking lot or follow the sidewalk along the west side of the complex Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles) from guard at gate upon arrival.
After passing guard gate, turn right immediately past tennis courts (between tennis court and building 2) and park in a space to the left.
Unit 2102 is on the ground level.
No trailers.
NO SMOKING: SSBRC is a NON SMOKING property on the common grounds, except for 2 designated areas: 1) to the west of the indoor pool and 2) to the east of building 5 by the bike rack.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book.
A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. *NO MONTHLY RENTALS*
