The master bedroom features a king bed and stunning water views, while the guest bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and one twin bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living area offers additional accommodations for guests.
The spacious master bedroom and the private balcony both showcase beautiful views of the Gulf and Ole River, allowing you to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the gentle coastal breeze.
The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals or unwind after a day at the beach or on the water.
Additional features include two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and elevator access for added convenience.
The unit is located on the top (third) level, offering enhanced views and privacy.
For guests bringing a boat, a deeded boat slip is available for an additional $150 fee, invoiced separately from the reservation and due upon arrival.
Please note: A 7-night minimum stay is required per HOA regulations.

While the complex is directly across from the beach, the nearest beach access is ½ mile to the west at the Orange Beach Public beach access (Shell Beach).
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book.
A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
Covered parking for 2 vehicles is allowed under the complex in the space labeled "304".
