Windward Pointe 1006 | West-Corner Gulf-Front with Wrap-Around Balcony Located directly on the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach, Windward Pointe 1006 is a desirable west-corner, gulf-front condo offering breathtaking beach views and an expansive wrap-around balcony—perfect for soaking in sunsets and coastal breezes from the 10th floor.
This beautifully furnished condo is thoughtfully appointed to provide all the comforts of home in a relaxed, beachside tropical setting.
The inviting living area features a sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, with direct access to the balcony for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The well-equipped island kitchen is ideal for entertaining and includes granite countertops, custom cabinetry, ample prep space, a blender, and a regular drip coffee maker—everything needed for easy meals and morning coffee.
Situated on the west corner of the 10th floor, Unit 1006 offers stunning panoramic Gulf views from nearly every angle.
The oversized wrap-around balcony is generously furnished with a dining table seating six, Adirondack chairs, and comfortable loungers—an ideal spot for sunrise coffee, afternoon relaxation, or sunset cocktails. ️ Sleeping Accommodations (Sleeps up to 9) Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private en-suite bath, balcony access Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed Bedroom 3: One full-size bed and one twin bed Living Area: Sleeper sofa Additional features include wood-look tile flooring throughout, wireless internet, and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Parking Information Parking is not included with the rental.
The current parking fee is $50 per vehicle per stay (subject to change per HOA), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed on site.
If you have a third vehicle, off-site parking is available at our office located directly across from the complex for $50 per stay. ️ Beach Items Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear are not provided.
Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service for daily or weekly rental, or you are welcome to bring your own.
For convenience, a Dollar General is located across the street and carries a great selection of beach essentials.
Starter Supplies Provided The condo includes a starter supply of the following items: One roll of toilet paper per bathroom One bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom One roll of paper towels Dish rag Laundry detergent for one load One dishwasher detergent One trash bag per trash can These items are not replenished during your stay.
Guests staying longer than 2–3 days should plan to purchase additional supplies.
Recommended Items to Bring To ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest bringing: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer. ❄️ Refrigerator Tip Your check-in day is often a same-day turnover.
The refrigerator may need time to fully cool and may not handle large amounts of warm food immediately.
Please leave non-perishable items on the counter or in coolers and avoid overfilling.
The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to reach optimal temperature. ️ Air Conditioning Guidelines On very hot days (90°+), the A/C system may not cool more than 20 degrees below the outside temperature.
Please do not set the thermostat excessively low, as this may cause the unit to freeze and shut down.
