Parking Policy Per HOA rules, each unit is allowed two vehicles on-site.
If you have a 3rd vehicle, parking is available at the Bella Beach Properties office (4.5 miles away) for $50 per vehicle.
No Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Age Requirement Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.
A person 25+ must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the reservation.
No refunds will be issued for bookings made under false pretenses.
