The main kitchen and stove are off-limits when the house is operating as a shared hotel. • Laundry is not available for suite guests (exceptions may be made only in special circumstances). • Parking is first-come, first-serve; overflow parking can be found on surrounding streets. • The first floor is a shared common area for all guests staying in the house.
Pet Policy The Royce is pet-friendly, with required pet screening for all guests—whether or not you are bringing a pet.
Approved pets: • $50 per night, per pet • $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per pet • 25 lb limit • 1 pet per suite • Pets may not be left unattended inside the property Unauthorized pets will result in penalties.
