The Annex, a first-floor annex, which consists of two bedrooms, a double, and a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, a dining area with seating, a sitting area with TV, a Juliette balcony and a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a front garden with a patio and furniture, driveway parking for 1 car and EV charging available. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7, a pub, and within 0.3 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Soak in all Berkshire has to offer from the welcoming base of The Annex.
