You’ll receive your personal door code before arrival and can access the apartment anytime after 4 PM. **Early Access** To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively. Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.
