Cocoonr agency offers this charming 85 m² wooden house in Lafage to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approx. 1,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 24 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Bedroom 1: with a single bed
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful private, fenced garden of 1,500 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Lafage, in very quiet surroundings.
The nearest shops are in Mirepoix (13 km away). Activities : - Visits to Mirepoix and Carcassonne - Walks in the hills, fields and farm tracks - Mountain biking and walking - Tasting local produce Transport : Car essential, you can park directly on the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Carcassonne station and airport are approximately 45 km away. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets accepted free of charge.
