If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

All dogs must be vetted.
We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age.

We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay. ● Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Saw Creek Estates. ● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified.
Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID. ● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. ● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations.

Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. ● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts.
We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. ● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights.
If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid and Super Foodtown ● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay.
If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement.
Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
