Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations.
Most channels add this upfront.
Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts.
We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights.
If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, DG Market, Wawa and CVS We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay.
If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement.
Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES: The property has several security cameras, all on the exterior of the house and not viewing private spaces: ● 2 doorbell cameras at the front entry door.
Please use the Ring camera for assistance. ● Floodlight camera over garage, facing driveway ● 2 security cams on each side of the house (8 total) Minimum Age to Rent is 25 Township Registration #020742 ● Drive, bike, or walk within the community.
Guests can easily walk or bike to the lake, beach, & volleyball court.
Alternatively, all community amenities are just a short 1-5 minute drive away.
You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community.
Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find. ● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle.
We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.
