Cocoonr offers this 70 m² air-conditioned flat in Aregno to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a 28 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 50 m² terrace.

The accommodation comprises - A lounge area with TV, double sofa bed and fireplace, accessible by a few steps. - A living room with fully-equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.) and dining area - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 50 m² indoor terrace with pergola and dining area to make the most of the fine weather! - A covered summer kitchen accessible from the terrace The flat is ideally located in Aregno, in a very quiet and pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The beach is around 5 km from the flat.
A car is essential for visiting the surrounding area! Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat (public car park).
