Cocoonr offers this charming, fully-renovated 40 m² flat for rent in Boulogne-sur-Mer. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, Nausicaá, the port and the town centre.
Situated on the ground floor of a small building, this comfortable, bright accommodation combines tasteful decoration, a cosy atmosphere and some Egyptian inspiration for a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Opale.
It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 130 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A cosy 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners also provide : - Free fibre-optic WiFi - Bed linen and towels included - Shampoo and shower gel - Washing machine - Cot and high chair on request - Ironing board and iron on request Exterior: - A terrace and private enclosed garden of around 130 m², south-west facing, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located for exploring Boulogne-sur-Mer on foot.
In less than 10 minutes you can reach - the beach, - Nausicaá - the port - the town centre - the Embarcadère and its concert hall. Nearby you'll also find shops, restaurants, bars, a market and transport. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Boulogne-Tintelleries, a 10-minute walk away. - The Saint Pierre bus stop is at the foot of the building, making it easy to get around Boulogne-sur-Mer and the surrounding area. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
