To reach the accommodation, you pass through the characteristic historic village, where there are several stairways, typical of Elba villages. The ground floor features a living room with a French sofa, TV, and kitchenette; a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony; and a bathroom with a shower. Internal Amenities: - Gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, 2 fans, hairdryer External Amenities: - Balcony Important Notes: - Rental for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 - Groups of children under 21 are not permitted - Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Pets are not allowed. - Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM). - Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set, including for single use (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
