Campoverde also serves as an ideal base for exploring the Salento coast: Lecce is approximately 12 km away, Torre dell’Orso 15 km, and Otranto 30 km. This 35 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, Moka pot, and traditional oven - LIVING AREA with a TV and dining table - SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, wardrobe, and split-system A/C - BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet, and shower enclosure - BALCONY furnished with a table and two chairs. An uncovered parking space within the residential complex is available. Additional amenities for guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, drying rack, and iron with ironing board. Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes available for an extra fee). Please note: - No heating. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
